INTERIOR DESIGN

I spent two years working alongside an interior designer in Cape Town. My role centred around interior design, client service, and project management.

I learnt a great deal while assisting in general operations and carrying out integral tasks of sourcing fabric, furniture and decor. I handled clients and contractors alike, and negotiated with body corporates/ hotel managements.

I developed interior schemes, which I absolutely loved, and managed decor sourcing and installation, while following up with quality control.

I also assisted in the upkeep and management of  the luxury interior decor and design store, with tasks like art curation, quotations and sales, as well as finances.
